Ho visto la puntata, finalmente si entra più nel vivo, è una puntata che ti tiene sempre sulle spine.
Metto sotto spoiler alcune riflessioni sulla puntata:
Ben portate su schermo le relazioni fra Rhaenyra e suo padre, Viserys e fra Rhaenyra e Daemon a Roccia del Drago. in questo caso c'è complicità.
Anche se qui mi è parso che in realtà abbiamo fatto passare il figlio di Daemon con Mysaria come un invenzione del primo per stuzzicare il fratello.
Le scene finali mi hanno tenuta incollata allo schermo, e devo dire, che fingendo di non sapere cosa accade dopo, Alicent mi fa una tenerezza assoluta, persa fra i ricordi della madre e il padre che la spinge ad andare dal re, per quanto in realtà stiano bene in compagnia l'una dell'altro.

Sto andando a dormire quindi scriverò una recensione completa nei prossimi giorni ma a me sta serie episodio dopo episodio mi convince sempre di più
Con l'eccezione dell'episodio Aspra Dimora secondo me questi due primi due episodi surclassano per coerenza narrativa e caratterizzazione dei personaggi tutti gli episodi di GOT diciamo dalla quinta stagione in poi. Parere personale sia chiaro..

Tra l'altro, da wargamer quale sono, è dall'episodio precedente che non faccio che pensare a quanto sarebbe epico giocare una partita in quel modello!! 
Credo che dalla prossima puntata, finalmente, inizieremo a vedere i draghi in azione(vera non solo presenza). Direi questa serie è più gioco del trono di Game of Thrones. Attenzione però, cari Deamon, Corlys e Otto, perché al gioco del trono o si vince o si muore 
Bella puntata. Senza azione ma con tanta 'ciccia'. Si delineano sempre più i personaggi e mi sembra sempre più evidente che si vada a parare verso un sostanziale equilibrio verdi/neri, nel senso di 'tifoserie' mentre nel libro é molto più naturale parteggiare per i neri. Alicent viene caratterizzata in modo molto più positivo al momento (e se i leaks sull'ottavo episodio sono veri sarebbe la conferma definitiva) più vittima del gioco del trono che protagonista per via di ambizione e ambiguità qui del tutto assenti. Ad ogni modo con questo episodio di chiude l'introduzione e dal prossimo si apriranno le danze (in ogni senso). Mio voto; 8,5

Ah quindi era davvero quello, mi fa piacere tutta questa inclusività per noi modellisti! 
Concordo con @Gedeont, che il re avesse una figlia (nominata erede al trono) e lui avesse un figlio Corlys lo sapeva bene, se il punto era solo unire le 2 casate poteva proporlo tranquillamente.
Far sposare Rhaenyra e Laenor non avrebbe risolto il problema, perché se Viserys avesse un figlio maschio da un'altra donna (cosa che a questo punto non è più un se, ma un quando), la futura salita al trono di Rhaenyra sarebbe ostacolata o addirittura annullata. L'obiettivo dei Velaryon era assicurarsi un legame col re, non con la principessa.

Poi è vero che Viserys è un completo imb****le anche solo per aver pensato di risposarsi, ma tant'è.
Che Viserys voglia assicurarsi nuovi eredi è sensato. Il problema è che a quel punto o si stabilisce che il titolo di principessa di Dragonstone di Rhaenyra decade appena nasce un maschio, oppure si conferma il titolo ma si prendono delle serie contromisure per impedire eventuali tentativi di rovesciare Rhaenyra.
