Sulla questione vestito è davvero un dettaglio molto sottile... forse un easter per i fan, o forse approfondiranno in seguito.

Curiosamente
nei libri le donne Hightower sono descritte con capelli argentei (Alicent, per esempio, veniva scambiata da Jaehaerys per una delle sue figlie). Deve essere questo il motivo per cui i figli di Viserys e Alicent sono tutti platinati.

Gli Hightower sembrano essere una delle casate più antiche di Westeros, secondo alcuni non discenderebbero neanche dai Primi Uomini, ma sarebbero venuti da Essos prima di loro. Il colore dei capelli potrebbe dipendere dal fatto che magari hanno avuto antenati comuni ai Valyriani.
Gli Hightower e i Dayne, secondo una teoria a me molto cara, sono discendenti del Grande Impero dell'Alba, e Starfall e Oldtown erano gli avamposti occidentali di questo impero. Dall'Impero dell'Alba a sua volta discenderebbe Valyria, in quanto parrebbe che i valyriani abbiano appreso i segreti del controllo dei draghi da tizi provenienti da Asshai, che era probabilmente la capitale. Di conseguenza, i Dayne e gli Hightower hanno tratti fisici simili ai valyriani in quanto loro progenitori:
* Ashara Dayne ha gli occhi viola
* Gerold Dayne è spiccicato a un Targaryen
* Alicent Hightower era scambiata da Jaehaerys I per una delle sue figlie
* Lynesse Hightower è molto simile a Daenerys, secondo Jorah
* Alerie Hightower ha i capelli argentati (anche se qui potrebbe centrare l'età)
Alicent castana, secondo me, è una rappresentazione non ufficiale, in quanto nei libri l'unico indizio sul suo aspetto punta all'idea che abbia capelli biondi (non credo che Jaehaerys fosse così tonto da non riconoscere la differenza!) E poi tra gli uomini Targaryen che hanno generato figli con donne brune è sempre spuntato un figlio bruno (Breakspear, Daeron the Drunken, Orys Baratheon, Duncan the Small, la piccola Rhaenys), mentre con Viserys e Alicent non è successo, per cui...

Sembra molto interessante questa teoria, però in effetti le coincidenze sono tante! Io mi sono sempre immaginata Alicent castana leggendo i libri, pensando che comunque Jaehaerys, essendo anziano potesse confonderla per i modi di fare, ma in effetti è molto più sensato se in realtà tendeva a confonderla per l'aspetto fisico

Nelle illustrazioni di Fire & Blood ha i capelli scuri. Anche qui.
I deliri di Jaehaerys in punto di morte non mi sembrano un granché come indizio, e sappiamo tutti che la genetica della serie segue la regola "vale quello che serve per la trama".
Vista anche io: atmosfere molto più cupe e attori in gran forma. Ora recupero la discussione!
