sì sono d'accordo. Eccetto che per Aerys I, per quanto conosciamo del personaggio. Che però potrebbe rivelarsi una sorpresa. Sbaglierò ma a sentimento mi immagino Daeron II un po' come Jaehaerys, competentissimo sul piano politico ma abbastanza deludente con i figli; per me aveva occhi solo per Baelor... Aerys ha riprese dal padre solo l'inclinazione per gli studi, ma nient'altro, e immagino Daeron abbia fatto del suo meglio per fare finta non esistesse, come Jaehaerys con Vaegon, (ma sospetto sia stato lui a consigliargli di nominare Bloodraven Mano, diffidando di Maekar) e di Rhaegel dev'essersi occupata soprattutto Myriah. Il rapporto più travagliato però per me lo ebbe con Maekar. @Daemon Targaryen @Jacaerys Velaryon @Daenys The Dreamer
Non mi stupirebbe, vista la tendenza di GRRM di replicare schemi narrativi.

L'unico personaggio che trovo interessante è Maegor, il figlio di Aerion, non credo sia ancora vivo, alcuni pensano che sia il Principe di Pentos esiliato, io credo sia morto con gli altri a Summerhall.

io sposo la teoria per cui è il principe straccione. A Summerhall non c'era, Aegon V lo esiliò nelle città libere perché gli ricordava troppo il fratello che odiava. Anche Aemon quando rimembra i suoi fratelli a Sam l'unico che non cita è Aerion. Amo molto questi dettagli.

Il Principe non ricorda per nulla Aerion, lui e Pretty Meris assomigliano a Jaime e Brienne, l'unica cosa che li accomuna è la militanza in compagnie di mercenari, non dico che non sia lui al cento percento, ma trovo l'ipotesi improbabile ma possibile, purtroppo George deve ancora completare TWOW, se ha annunciato Dunk and Egg non finirà neanche per il 2030

Considerando la questione del sogno di Aegon, è probabile che la Conquista implichi delle domande a cui F&B non ha risposto, ma gli spoiler per la saga principale ci sono anche nelle novelle di D&E che devono ancora essere scritte.

L'anno di nascita del Principe Straccione è desunto grazie a un'informazione presente in TWOI&F, per cui anche l'enciclopedia di Yandel dovrebbe essere sbagliata per giustificare la teoria.

In relazione al rapporto tra Daeron e Maekar non saprei; teniamo conto del fatto che il più giovane rampollo Targaryen era uno dei comandanti militari del padre, il quale quindi riponeva in lui fiducia ed era in grado di apprezzarne le doti.
Maekar inoltre era molto affezionato a Baelor, che costituiva un po’ il suo modello.
Può essere che Daeron abbia un po’ trascurato il proprio ultimogenito, ma avendo altri figli e nipoti che assicuravano la successione può anche starci.
Concordo infine con Jacaerys circa l’impossibilità che Maegor figlio di Aerion sia il Principe Straccione.
La lettura è un rapporto con noi stessi e non solo col libro, col nostro mondo interiore attraverso il mondo che il libro ci apre.
