Io mi auguro vivamente che non esca nulla di tutto questo. Già non so bene che cosa aspettarmi da HoTD - nel senso che sarà senza dubbio realizzato in modo eccellente, ma avrà la stessa magia delle prime stagioni di GoT? -e l'idea che possano mungere la mucca con spinoff inventati di sana pianta m'inquieta parecchio. Non credo che potrebbero tirare fuori qualcosa di buono.
Oltretutto ASOIAF/GoT con tutti i rimandi in cui abbiamo visto una circolarità hanno senso se conclusi. Farci sapere che tutto quello che è accaduto in pratica non è servito a nulla (mi riferisco agli Estranei) ha poco senso.
Se invece la storia dovesse riguardare altro (la famosa politica fiscale di Aragorn dopo la fine di ISDA che auspicava Martin) pure credo abbia poco senso. Snaturerebbe la storia e i personaggi.
E' sempre un dispiacere che quando tutti i lupi dovrebbero sollevarsi, un posto possa rimanere vuoto.

Infatti sta girando sui social network la voce che non ci sarà un sequel su Jon ma sui viaggi di Arya, però finora nessuna testata ne ha parlato, quindi tendo a pensare che sia una burla. Se collaborasse a questi sequel, per me sarebbe la conferma definitiva che non gli frega più nulla della saga. Non conosciamo ancora tutto il percorso del "suo" Jon Snow e appoggerebbe un progetto simile ?? Allora poteva pure scrivere qualcosa per il Jon delle ultime stagioni, nonostante la serie si sia distaccata dai libri.
Secondo Elio & Linda è farina del sacco di HBO, il coinvolgimento di GRRM, se ci sarà, sarà minimo. Non stento a crederlo, dato che GRRM ha raccontato che per molti degli spinoff in lavorazione non era al corrente dei piani di HBO e sono stati una sorpresa per lui.
Se invece fosse pienamente informato e coinvolto nel progetto... No comment.

Ma un prequel sulla ribellione perché è cosi snobbato? Secondo me si venderebbe quasi da solo visto che quasi tutti i personaggi si conoscono già. Certo mancherebbe totalmente l'elemento fantastico

Però poi è stato annunciato un prequel teatrale sul Torneo di Harrenhal per il 2023.

onestamente la vedo una operazione senza senso , ma poi un sequel su Jon Snow per raccontare che ?
potrei accettarla solo in un caso , Jon che viaggia per qualche motivo verso Valyria ( e neanche forse )

Sono d'accordo con te, ma credo che Martin si sia opposto per molto tempo perché è il principale evento che ancora desta un po' di curiosità in tutti i fan e quindi spoilerare anche quello sarebbe proprio affossare la saga.
Per carità mi verrebbe da dire che tra l'altro essendo ancora in fase di scrittura non abbia ancora definito tutti i dettagli quindi nuovamente rischio spoiler come per GoT.
