Sapochnik aveva accennato al fatto che vede la serie come una storia in tre atti. Il problema, secondo me, è che tre stagioni sono poche, si dovrebbero tagliare/comprimere alcuni eventi e alcuni personaggi non avrebbero il tempo di crescere. Per me quattro stagioni funzionerebbero meglio, basterebbe dilatare alcune sottotrame. Condal ha dichiarato che la prossima stagione avrà uno sviluppo più simile a GOT, con personaggi sparpagliati in varie zone di Westeros.

A me 4 stagioni non sembrano così eccessive. Ci sono tante battaglie ma non possono semplicemente fare un mix di azioni tutte di fila senza mostrare conseguenze e reazioni/evoluzioni dei personaggi. Considerando che hanno inserito pure la profezia di Aegon, la parte di Jace a Winterfell, con il patto del ghiaccio e del fuoco ecc, potrebbe avere uno spazio importante nella seconda stagione. Dipende anche fin dove vogliono arrivare: l' ora del lupo la vogliono coprire tutta e fermarsi lì oppure vogliono andare oltre ?

Mi sa che aumenteranno la durata temporale della guerra perché né Joffrey né Aegon e Viserys hanno l' età che dovrebbero avere all' inizio della guerra, sono troppo piccoli e forse il tempo tra una stagione e l' altra lo useranno anche per far crescere alcuni attori.

Nel complesso mi sembrano poco credibili, specialmente Stagione 3 e 4. Ci sono diverse cose che non mi piacerebbero se vere.
La struttura generale è praticamente identica a quella che avevo pensato io, anche se alcuni passaggi non sono chiari:

Le parti di Daemon e Laenor sono quelle più insensate. Non penso che Martin sarebbe d' accordo su tutte queste modifiche, anche se Laenor vivo può aprire scenari inediti ( era meglio farlo morire come in F&B secondo me ).

Alla fine è molto una descrizione dei vari eventi, ci starebbe che Blood and Cheese siano alla seconda puntata per caratterizzare meglio i personaggi, in linea generale la 2 funziona anche, ma la 3 ni, la 4 pure

Concordo con le vostre perplessità, per quanto lo schema generale, specialmente su dove si fermerà ogni stagione, ci sta.
Per quanto riguarda Martin lo permetterebbe o no, Martin ha comunque permesso Talisa e l'assenza LS prima ancora di fare i bagagli e abbandonare Got e in Hotd dove è coinvolto di più ha fatto sopravvivere Leanor...
Commento più del dettaglio, anche un po' per gioco:
-La questione di Jace e Sara Snow mi pare messa lì giusto per fare la storia d'amore alla Robb-Talisa, considerando che per me Sara Snow non è mai esistita vi lascio immaginare quanto sia felice fosse vero...
-Tagliare Addam per me è un delitto.
-Non capisco la gestione di Daemon. Seconda stagione ok, ma terza e quarta?! Seriamente lo farebbero sopravvivere contro Aemond per poi farlo uccidere da un cavaliere a caso? Il tutto dopo essersi nascosto con una ragazzina dimenticandosi della moglie che viene divorata, del figlio nelle mani dei verdi che ha appena visto morire la madre...anche Nettles in tutto ciò non ci fa una bella figura, credevo la volessero rendere un personaggio positivo agli occhi del pubblico. Ok che Rhae farà cose discutibili, ma per il pubblico sarà comunque una donna tradita da tutti e abbandonata pure dal marito, uccisa davanti al figlio...non credo avrà mai la percezione che aveva Cersei, dove molti speravano che Jaime la mollasse per Brienne (io no perchè per me il rapporto di stima tra Jaime e Brienne doveva rimanere platonico, al massimo Jaime doveva uccidere Cersei e morire poco dopo).
Personalmente preferirei un rapporto padre-figlia tra Daemon e Nettles frainteso da Rhaenyra, magari anche per colpa di Mysaria.
-Leanor come gestione può davvero essere una spina nel fianco, poteva morire e tanti saluti...
-Alicent che sopravvive e torna a casa? Qui per me depotenziano di brutto il suo epilogo in F&B. Io avrei concluso invece con un ultimo timeskip dove vediamo Aegon e Viserys riuniti, poi la morte di Alicent ormai mezza pazza e confinata nella fortezza...magari con un confronto finale con Aegon III dove entrambi, distrutti dagli eventi, realizzano che il massacro della danza abbia portato alla sconfitta di tutti alla fine.
Poi Aegon incoronazione ma niente matrimonio? Boh!

Un conto è farlo sparire dalla scena e non mostrarlo più ( come se fosse morto di fatto ), altro è fargli prendere la parte di un altro personaggio abbastanza importante che viene tagliato per fargli spazio. Nel caso di Got non so se Martin aveva il potere decisionale ( tra mille virgolette ) che ha ora ( per esempio è riuscito ad imporre pure Daeron, senza far tagliare nessuno dei figli di Rhaenyra, Aegon o Alicent ).
Ai tempi di GOT Martin disse che se avessero voluto D&D avrebbero potuto portare alieni e vampiri a Westeros, per cui... 
La forza di HOTD sta nel legame personale fra Martin e Condal, il "figlio che non ha mai avuto".

Laenor e Daemon non hanno senso, anche banalmente perché Laenor dovrebbe essere fatto passare come il figlio di se stesso, sembra Fry di Futurama. In più Rhaenyra non avrebbe motivo di dubitare di Laenor dopo il Tumbletone
Nella luna dei tre re potrebbero unire Tristan e Gaemon, ma se facessero 4 stagioni lo troverei strano
Poi Condal, a differenza di mimì e cocò è un fan dei libri e, salvo per imposizioni della rete (scena di Rhaenys) è stato molto accurato, con poche modifiche, probabilmente concordate con Martin
Ma infatti secondo me la non-morte di Laenor funziona nel momento in cui comunque esce di scena con un'altra identità per non tornare più, anche perché con tutto quello che succederà non credo sarebbe in grado di gestire la situazione. Per di più farlo rispuntare a caso tagliando un altro personaggio mi sembra assurdo. Alla luce poi del fatto che nella 1x10
Daemon citi Seasmoke come drago libero, mi sembrerebbe davvero un controsenso.
Stesso discorso per Daemon, non farlo morire quando dovrebbe non ha senso e toglie completamente anche l'impatto di quello scontro. Per non parlare del fatto che abbandonerebbe Aegon dopo la morte della mamma.

Io a Daemon che non muore nello scontro non ci credo neanche per un po', è uno degli eventi più simbolici di F&B e non mi pare possibile che svacchino in questo modo. Credo e spero che sia un fake
