Sto turno mi pare un gratta e vinci.. Cambiando gioco ma tenendo uguale importo la probabilità di vincere è sempre la stessa.. Ci vuole semplicemente una botta di **** !! :) 
Provando a ragionare.
Up e Wall-e sono piaciuti a un sacco di gente, almeno tra quelli che conosco. A me fanno abbastanza caghér per usare un francesismo, ma è possibile/probabile che siano parecchio in alto. Sono oggettivamente film poetici e ispirati, con tutte le caratteristiche per piacere parecchio: hanno delle qualità evidenti.
Cars e gli incredibili invece mi sembrano davvero film stupidotti e banalotti per stare in classifica, pesantemente infantili, mi stupirei di trovarli in tante classifiche e/o in alcune classifiche a livelli medio-alti.
Monster&C., Nemo, Toy Story, Toy Story 3 e (ma sono meno sicuro) Ratatouille mi sembra che abbiano le caratteristiche giuste per questa posizione. Oggettivamente ben fatti, non recentissimi (magari in tanti li hanno visti quando erano nell'età giusta per venire "colpiti"), non così esageratamente strappalacrime da poter ambire alla top10... però abbastanza emozionanti per poter ambire a classifica decente.
Scusate il ritardo, ma é il primo turno in cui effettivamente posso partecipare
Allora, film in CG, credo che uno dei primi veramente importanti fosse stato Toy Story, per quanto personalmente non mi é piaciuto perché quando l'ho visto in quinta superiore ero "troppo adulto" per un film del genere.
Quindi:
1 Toy Story
2 Rapunzel (é un film recente, che é piaciuto abbastanza, quindi potrebbe essere nella top 20)
3 Up (personalmente non mi é piaciuto, ma so che ha riscosso abbastanza successo tra pubblico e critica, quindi nella top 20 potrebbe starci)
Escludo Nemo, Wall-E e Frozen perché penso siano più in alto, e Ratatouille e Monsters & Co, perché si possono mettere solo tre soluzioni possibili :p.

Il numero di classifiche inviate è noto (17) e spulciando bene questo topic si riescono a ricostruire quasi tutti gli autori (io ho una lista di 16 di cui sono pressoché certo ;-) ).
Non posso che concordare, con un pizzico di ingegno secondo me si riesce a capire chi ha inviato le classifiche e magari arrivare anche all'età, se per voi è importante!

Però alla fine non posso non metterlo anch'io nella mia tripletta:
1) alla ricerca di Nemo
2) Up
3) Toy Story
Allora secondo me Up e Wall-e possono essere entrati in 6-7 top ten dei '90.
Up è più strappalacrime, Wall-e sembra più brillante. Superficialmente mi aspetterei di trovare più in su Up, ma mi pare che sia genericamente più apprezzato l'altro.
Non mi aspetto di trovarli prima della 15.
C'è poi il terzetto Nemo, Ratatouille, Frozen. Questi potrebbero aver preso voti meno alti ma avere una più solida presenza in classifica e comparire anche tra quelle dei più agés.
Toy story boh, secondo me non c'è. Anche guardado la caratura delle posizioni scoperte fino ad ora, non mi pare che sia meritevole di fare classifica.
Per il resto è tutto molto soggettivo, ma direi che la tendenza possa essere che siano entrati solo i cgi di una qualità più alta rispetto alle scelte che magari ci hano portato a scegliere i classici. Eccetto casi specifici, o forte presenza di teen ager secondo me questa può essere una chiave di lettura.
Quindi alla fine dico:

2) Frozen
3) Up (non credo ma copriamoci le spalle)

Leggendo i commenti dei partecipanti temo che più in su di così non sia e non voglio credere che non sia in classifica.
Frozen io lo trovo veramente brutto e sopravvalutato, ma in generale è stato molto apprezzato e con tutta la pubblicità che gli hanno fatto ci sta che in tanti lo abbiano visto e quindi potremmo trovarlo più in su.
Rapunzel, Ratatouille, Wall- e e Nemo per me sono più in su.
Per Toy Story quoto Paige , io sono pure uscita dal cinema al primo tempo ( però avevo 5 anni)

Ero indecisa anche con Toy Story, ma ho la sensazione che non sia così apprezzato come magari altri... Anche Frozen potrebbe starci, ma non so bene come regolarmi, secondo me o non è proprio in classifica o è più in alto, a seconda che prevalga l'aspetto affettivo che fa privilegiare i film dell'infanzia oppure altro... e così anche Rapunzel.
(Vedremo se è un ragionamento sensato o se è un delirio provocato dalle abbuffate natalizie...)
