Molto interessante (e spero anche originale)...
Ha indubbiamente il potenziale per essere molto originale se Snyder sarà equilibrare le citazioni a I Sette Samurai di Kurosawa (film di cui sono stati fatti molti remake americani) e a SW. Di Snyder però vorrei tanto vedere un giorno un adattamento del romanzo di Ayn Rand La Fonte Meravigliosa: il regista tempo fa aveva detto che sarebbe un suo desiderio trarne un film ma che il clima politico e sociale negli USA non lo renderebbe gradito (e ha ragione).
Tra l'altro scopro solo ora che Snyder era stato preso in considerazione per proseguire la saga di SW prima che subentrasse Topolino... Chissà cosa avremmo visto, se le cose fossero andate diversamente...

Molto interessante, perfino con l'Affleck biondo. 
Lui ancora ancora, io non capisco perché continuino a offrire a Matt Damon le parti in film medioevali/storici. È fuori posto come una pianta di granturco. L'astronauta invece gli viene bene.

Dune di Villeneuve, di cui ho visto il trailer oggi prima di vedere Fast and Furious 9, è un altro film che dovrò assolutamente vedere al cinema, anche se non ho letto il romanzo da cui è tratto. Forse @MezzoUomo può darmi una mano a capire la trama del libro, anche se mi pare di ricordare che non gli fosse piaciuto.
Fra l'altro nell'articolo viene detto che negli USA uscirà il primo mese in contemporanea su HBO Max e grande schermo, e Villeneuve come molti registi non è contento di questa modalità di distribuzione.
CitaGirato in Ungheria e Giordania, Dune arriverà nelle sale in Italia dal 16 settembre, distribuito da Warner Bros ed è uno dei titoli su cui davvero si spera riparta l'affluenza a cinema, perlomeno in Italia. In Usa invece uscirà il 22 ottobre day and date, ossia in contemporanea anche su HBO Max, cosa su cui il regista ha espresso disapprovazione con una lettera aperta affermando che non vedere Dune al cinema sia come: "Guidare un motoscafo nella tua vasca da bagno. Per me è ridicolo. È un film che è stato realizzato come tributo all'esperienza del grande schermo".
Io sto iniziando a leggere il romanzo proprio in questi giorni. Tempo fa vidi il Dune di Lynch, che a mio parere è il film meno riuscito del Maestro di Missoula, principalmente a causa dei numerosi tagli al girato, seppure la storia sia a mio parere affascinante.

Sollevó molte polemiche perché ritenuto poco fedele al libro (che però non credo fosse trasponibile in toto), credo esistano 3 versioni e ovviamente Lynch ha tirato fuori mille scuse. La verità è che non era il regista adatto, ma nemmeno la storia secondo me è adatta a farne un successone. Vedremo come va stavolta.
Personalmente ho letto tutti i vari malloppi a suo tempo ma la storia ben presto ha cominciato a prendere pieghe troppo astruse per i miei gusti.
