In teoria Dunk è il personaggio di punta per il quale potrebbe andare bene qualunque etnia, dato che nelle novelle non vediamo i suoi discendenti (al momento almeno), mentre tra i nobili di Westeros per ora solo i Velaryon hanno la pelle scura nel canone televisivo (Velaryon che però sono assenti in D&E).
Non sappiamo chi siano i genitori di Dunk e i suoi discendenti (l'unica certa al momento è Brienne) col passare delle generazioni possono aver assunto un'etnia diversa, conservando solo l'altezza di Dunk. Nell'universo televisivo funzionerebbe.

Potrebbe funzionare nella serie, ma il motivo del casting sarebbe ovviamente un altro (anche perché nei libri mi pare che si capisca che ha una carnagione chiara e non ci siano dubbi).

No, i previsti sei episodi della prima stagione saranno sul primo racconto. Per gli altri racconti ci saranno eventualmente altre stagioni.
