L'hanno alzata parecchio l'età di Alyn: nel libro ha 14 anni, Abukabar ne ha 30. E non siamo di fronte all'ennesimo caso "attore trentenne che interpreta un ragazzino because Hollywood": nella descrizione Alyn è un veterano delle Stepstones. Probabilmente l'hanno fatto per dare maggiore credibilità alle sue abilità di guerriero e di marinaio: in tal modo tutto il conflitto con Cregan appare più serio.
Le domande adesso sono due:
1) Se Alyn è coetaneo di Laenor come potrà passare per il figlio bastardo di Laenor?
2) Alzeranno anche l'età di Addam o lui sarà il fratello minore di Alyn? Oppure il fatto che hanno annunciato il casting di Alyn e non quello di Addam è la prova definitiva che taglieranno completamente Addam??? 
D'altra parte se non c'è Addam come lo inseriscono Alyn??? Alyn viene legittimato perché è il fratello di Addam che è un dragonryder e quindi indispensabile. Se ritorna Laenor fingendosi Addam per quale ragione Corlys dovrebbe cercare il suo figlio bastardo e chiedere a Jace di legittimarlo? Laenor si fingerà fratello di Alyn anche se lui è di Driftmark e tutti sanno che è figlio unico???
Vorrei essere felice perché hanno castato Alyn e Abubakar Salim mi piace pure come scelta ma ho una bruttissima sensazione per Addam. 
Sugli altri tre casting non ho nulla da dire.

Potrebbe essere comunque il fratello maggiore, più vecchio di un anno.
Probabilmente il suo impatto nella serie sarà effimero e ridimensionato rispetto a F&B, ma non penso che il personaggio di Addam venga proprio eliminato…

Per quanto riguarda gli altri tre attori: Alys Rivers approvata, Freddie come zio di Aegon II è perfetto. In generale la cura che ci mettono nel castare membri della stessa famiglia è quasi commovente.
Mi domando come mai abbiano svelato gli attori di Gwaine Hightower e Lord Strong. Secondo voi questi personaggi avranno un ruolo maggiore rispetto ai libri?
