Rientro nel forum dopo una lunga pausa trascinata dall'entusiasmo riacceso per il mondo di Martin grazie all'ultimo teaser.
Il mio scetticismo si sta stemperando, forse complice ancora una volta la meravigliosa musica di Ramin che accompagna il trailer. Sono felicissima che abbia riciclato il tema di Daenerys e di GOT per dare un senso di continuità.
Essendo digiuna di Fire and Blood, stamattina ho iniziato a leggerlo per portarmi avanti prima dell'uscita della serie ma dopo una ventina di pagine mi sono pentita amaramente perché mi sono beccata già spoiler pesantissimi e quindi ho rinunciato a continuare.
Voglio godermi prima la serie e poi riprendere il libro in mano per approfondire e vedere le differenze.
Per quanto riguarda gli attori, anche io ho notato che l'attrice che interpreta Rhaenyra è curiosamente somigliante a Daenerys ma per quanto riguarda le aspettative attoriali non mi pronuncio. Avevo aspramente criticato anche la scelta di Henry Cavill come Witcher e poi mi sono ricreduta totalmente quindi...

A parte le armature dei vari armigeri, il trailer mi sembra promettere bene. Già il fatto che la maggior nobiltà di westeros venga mostrata in ben due occasioni importanti fa sperare che il reame non sarà il deserto inabitato delle ultime stagioni di got. Sbaglio o il personaggio di mysaria sta ricevendo molta attenzione, nonostante non sia così importante?

Ho sempre pensato che Mysaria sia uno dei personaggi più sottovalutati di F&B. Nell'opera rimane perlopiù sullo sfondo, ma ha un ruolo chiave: sia le fortune che le sventure di Rhaenyra passano spesso da lei. Inoltre, ha dei punti di contatto con Varys, Bloodraven, Shiera e persino Cersei. Sono contento che avrà uno spazio più ampio in HOTD.

I sottotitoli riportano Rickard, ma hanno sbagliato. L' attore dovrebbe dire Rickon se ho capito bene.
I lord Stark dell'epoca erano Ellard (che partecipò al Gran Concilio del 101 AC), Benjen (padre di Rickon), Rickon (padre di Cregan) e Cregan (che fu usurpato per alcuni anni dallo zio Bennard). Dato che la scena nel teaser con Rickon dovrebbe essere ambientata nel 105 AC, evidentemente Benjen è stato lord di Winterfell per pochissimi anni.

Quante stagioni si pensa che siano previste per questa serie?
Spero che abbia un grande successo e che sia veloce, in maniera che Hbo si decida a trattare anche altri argomenti connesse a Westeros, ma anche a Esoss
Si ipotizza quattro o cinque.
Presumo che la serie sarà trasmessa con cadenza biennale (al momento non ci sono notizie in merito alle riprese della seconda stagione), quindi potrebbe essere intervallata da un altro spinoff, come quello su Corlys.

È una storia più lineare, con meno personaggi e una trama che si conosce già tutta. C'è parecchio meno da sfoltire, mi pare, per mettere su qualcosa che funzioni in televisione.

Rispetto alla saga principale tutte le storie del passato di Westeros hanno meno pg, ma quelli della Danza non sono affatto pochi per una serie TV, anche se fantasy e ambientata in quell' universo. Nonostante questo non sembrano esserci stati tagli finora ( anche se non si hanno certezze su Joffrey Velaryon e Daeron Targaryen ), hanno pure castato 3 figlie su 4 di Borros Baratheon, che non hanno un ruolo troppo centrale nelle vicende della Danza. Quindi l' approccio mi sembra diverso da Got.
Comunque il teaser trailer di Hotd su Twitter ha superato le 26 milioni di visualizzazioni in quasi 4 giorni ( per fare un confronto quello di Rings of Power è fermo a 24 milioni e qualcosa, ed è stato rilasciato mesi fa ). Magari poi la serie sarà un flop, ma un certo interesse, dopo la stagione 8 di Got, sembra ancora esserci.

Mi pare non sia ancora stata rinnovata (come altre serie tv, prima ancora del debutto).
Credo abbiano un minimo di timore di flop e, in quel caso, non sprecherebbero le tante risorse e la cancellerebbero (assieme a tutti gli altri progetti del franchising di GOT).
