L'attore Clive Standen, che ha partecipato recentemente alla prima stagione di Camelot non più rinnovata per la seconda stagione, ha detto che:

Quindi uno dei nuovi attori di GOT ha fatto parte del cast di Camelot, mentre un altro ha verosimilmente partecipato a qualche trasposizione su Re Artù e consimili.

Per quanto riguarda l'altro attore, potrebbe trattarsi di uno che ha partecipato a Merlin della BBC o al film King Arthur o ad altro ancora (Excalibur?). Qui la scelta è ancora più ampia.

Ehi! Non puoi tralasciarmi proprio Claire Forlani, anche lei é menzionata su Wic, e mi sembra la migliore di tutte quelle proposte per Melly finora. 
Io spero bene anche per Jamie Campbell-Bower, sarebbe un altro attore emergente coi fiocchi, anche se non mi é piaciuto che ha abbandonato GOT per girare Harry Potter...

Non mi convince molto l'ipotesi Eva Green, attrice che trovo un pò freddina.
Invece vedrei molto bene l'attore che in Merlin interpretava il re Uther Pendragon (Anthony Head mi pare si chiami), magari proprio per il ruolo di Stannis!
...ma non è che Brienne alla fine è più grossa della montagna?

James Purefoy in un'intervista ha detto di essere in mezzo a trattative per un progetto di cui non può ancora parlare. Dal tono però sembra che stia parlando di una cosa quasi certa. Potrebbe essere lui l'acquisto da Camelot. Così a occhio gli farei fare Davos.

eva green la vedrei meglio come margaery... in ogni caso sarebbe un gran colpaccio, per me è l'attrice più bella di hollywood, attualmente
Eva green ha una certa bellezza naturale, questo te lo concedo, ma mi sembra inadatta a fare Margaery (e pure l'eta' sarebbe eccessiva: 31 anni).
Così a occhio gli farei fare Davos.
Oppure potrebbe fare Edmure.
