Su reddit c'è una lunga lista di recensioni. A leggere soltanto il breve riassunto, a occhio direi che 3/4 siano positive.

A giudicare dalla lista di Reddit, direi che i siti "minori" sono più sbilanciati verso recensioni favorevoli mentre nei siti "maggiori" c'è più equilibrio tra giudizi positivi e negativi.
Per quanto riguarda il pubblico, ho il sospetto che ci sarà maggior polarizzazione fra spettatori lettori e non lettori in confronto a GOT, perché dalle recensioni si evince che ci sono notevoli cambiamenti rispetto alla saga letteraria fin da subito. Mi sembra, comunque, che si tratti di un'opera di fantascienza molto difficile da trasporre su schermo, un po' come Dune, per cui tali modifiche non sono necessariamente un male.

L'ho iniziata da un paio di giorni fa e devo dire che i primi due episodi sono una delle cose che mi ha piú preso dai tempi di Lost. Ora sono quasi alla fine e anche se devo dire che il mio giudizio si é un pó ridimensionato, la trovo comunque una serie decisamente interessante, certo migliore di molte. Mi seccherebbe davvero molto se non venisse rinnovata, perché certo non si concluderá granché in questi restanti episodi.
D&D hanno previsto 3 o 4 stagioni, e stanno già lavorando alla seconda.
Non credo sia davvero a rischio cancellazione: è uscita da soli 5 giorni e negli ultimi giorni è la serie Netflix più vista. Inoltre, cancellarla significherebbe bruciare D&D per sempre (che dicono alla prossima loro serie: dagli autori famosi per l'odiato finale di GOT e per il fallimento di 3 body problem?), a cui hanno fatto un contratto pluriennale per 200 milioni.
Una cosa brutta per la serie che potrebbe succedere è che gli abbassino il budget (mentre per quello che accadrà nelle prossime stagioni ne servirebbe uno anche più grande di quello avuto per la prima).
