Why do our dreams become so much smaller when they finally come true?
We read fantasy to find the colors again, I think. To taste strong spices and hear the songs the sirens sang. There is something old and true in fantasy that speaks to something deep within us, to the child who dreamt that one day he would hunt the forests of the night, and feast beneath the hollow hills, and find a love to last forever somewhere south of Oz and north of Shangri-La.
They can keep their heaven. When I die, I'd sooner go to Middle-earth.

Grazie sono commosso!!!

Il mio nick? Non è una mia genialata ma quella di un mio amico da Roma. Io sono di Vicenza e lui appassionato di libri di ogni genere non aveva mai letto Le cronache del ghiaccio e del fuoco, così ho ben pensato di consigliargli tale lettura...

risultato? centinaia di sms in cui mi raccontava di volta in volta dove arrivava! Alla fine ha cominciato a firmarsi Lord Therron...così gli ho rubacchiato l'idea visto che mi divertiva parecchio l'idea.

Sono appena stato sulla sezione degli strip comics...ho i crampi allo stomaco dalle risate...specie quella di Melisandre con Davos...GENIALE!!! :smack:
