Sìììì è proprio Bill Nighy! In realtà l'indizio di Van Gogh si riferiva all'episodio 5x10 di Doctor Who a lui dedicato, in cui Bill Nighy interpreta il curatore di una sua mostra al Musée d'Orsay (Pirati dei Caraibi non l'ho nemmeno visto quindi è proprio una pura coincidenza ) e poi appunto perchè in Harry Potter e i Doni della Morte parte 1 interpreta Scrimgeour. Io l'ho adorato anche come Billy Mack in Love Actually
